काली तारीख 22 अप्रैल 2025 पहलगाम के बैसरन घाटी में जो चार-पांच आतंकवादी आए थे जिन्होंने हिंदू-मुस्लिम पूछ कर मारा, जिन्होंने नई नवेली दुल्हनों के सामने उनके शरीके-हयात को कत्लेआम किया, जिन्होंने नई नवेली दुल्हनों के मांग के सिंदूर उजाड़े, जिन्होंने पहलगाम में हिंदुओं की पैंट उतरवायी, जिन्होंने भारत की हिंदू बेटियों से कहा कि जाकर मोदी को बता देना, क्या वो चार-पांच आतंकवादी मारे गए?ऑपरेशन सिंदूर तो स्पेशली उन्हीं नपुंसक आतंकवादियों के लिए ऑर्गेनाइज किया गया था।‌ऑपरेशन सिंदूर में कंधार हाईजैक का आतंकवादी महफूज अजहर मारा गया बहुत अच्छा हुआ, 26/11 मुंबई ताज में हुए आतंकवादी घटना का आतंकवादी अकाशा मार गया बहुत अच्छा हुआ है, पुलवामा अटैक के भी कुछ आतंकवादी मारे गए ये भी बहुत अच्छा हुआ, मकसूद अजहर का पूरा परिवार ऑपरेशन सिंदूर में मारा गया यह भी बहुत अच्छा हुआ,पाकिस्तान में पोषित और भी तमाम गिरोह के आतंकवादी मारे गए यह भी बहुत अच्छा हुआ,पर मेरा एक ही सवाल है और सवाल यह है की पहलगाम के बैसरन घाटी में आए वह चार-पांच आतंकवादी जिन्होंने नई नवेली दुल्हनों के मांग का सिंदूर उजाड़ दिया, बूढ़े मां बाप के इकलौते सहारे विजय करनवाल, शुभम द्विवेदी जो अपने मां बाप के बुढ़ापे के इकलौते मात्र सहारे थे उन्हें गोलियों से भून डाला, उन चार-पांच आतंकवादियों का क्या हुआ? उनके मरने की पुष्टि अभी तक नहीं हुई, क्यों ?

ऑपरेशन सिंदूर इन्हीं पांच आतंकवादियों के लिए execute किया गया था। फिर ऑपरेशन सिंदूर सफल कहां हुआ? भारत को अगर युद्ध विराम में अपनी सहमति जतानी ही थी तो "Act of war" के साथ-साथ पाकिस्तान के सामने यह भी शर्त रखनी थी कि हमें वह पांच आतंकवादी ला करके दे दो "जिंदा या मुर्दा" जिन्होंने ऑपरेशन सिंदूर को जन्म दिया, जिन्होंने यह कहा कि मोदी को जाकर बता देना, जिन्होंने हिंदू-मुस्लिम पूछ कर मारा, जिन्होंने बूढ़े मां-बाप के बुढ़ापे की लाठी इकलौते सहारे को छीन लिया। भारत को उन आतंकवादियों को पाकिस्तान से सशर्त मांगना चाहिए था, उन पांचों आतंकवादियों को 72 हुरो की यात्रा पर भेजना चाहिए था,जिन्होंने बैसरन घाटी में मौत का तांडव खेला। वो आतंकवादी अभी भी जिंदा है मोदी जी, फिर ऑपरेशन सिंदूर कैसे सफल माना जाए? हमारे हिंदू बेटियों के सिंदूर का कहां हिसाब हुआ? बूढ़े मां बाप को कहां न्याय मिला? ऑपरेशन सिंदूर" के तहत पाकिस्तान में तबाही हुई, कुछ आतंकवादी मारे गए, यह बातें मन को मनाने के लिए अच्छी हैं, किंतु इतना सब कुछ हो जाने के बाद भी बीमारी की जड़ हमने शरीर के अंदर ही छोड़ दी, यह अच्छी बात नहीं है मोदी जी। जड़ है तो कभी भी नासूर बन जाएगा और जब यह बीमारी दोबारा पैदा होगी तो और भी भयानक रूप लेगी,इसका समूल नाश जरुरी था, हम इस बार भी इतनी मजबूत स्थिति में होने के बावजूद भी इन जिहादियों का समूल नाश करने में असफल रहे।

चूंकि मैं मिलिट्री साइंस की छात्रा रही हूं हमारा एक पेपर हुआ करता था ऐतिहासिक युद्ध जिसमें "मंडल सिद्धांत" का जिक्र है मंडल सिद्धांत के अंदर हमें कई चीजें युद्ध के बारे में देखने और पढ़ने को मिली। उसी के अंतर्गत जब कौटिल्य को हमने पढ़ा तो उनके एक घटना का जिक्र पाया जो यहां साझा करना चाहूंगी एक बार कौटिल्य तक्षशिला के रास्ते से गुजर रहे थे अचानक उनके पैर में एक कांटा चुभ गया उन्होंने कांटे को निकालने की बहुत कोशिश की पर वह नहीं निकला फिर उन्होंने उस कांटे के पेड़ की जड़ में प्रतिदिन मट्ठे में चीनी मिलाकर डालना शुरू कर दिया रास्ते से आने जाने वाले व्यक्ति प्रतिदिन कौटिल्य को ऐसा करते देखते थे एक दिन एक व्यक्ति ने पूछा की महाशय आप इस कांटे की जड़ में प्रतिदिन मट्ठा और चीनी क्यों डालते हैं? तो कौटिल्य ने अपना पैर दिखाते हुए कहा की इस पेड़ का कांटा उनके पैर में चूभ गया है फिर उस व्यक्ति ने कहा तो आप पैर से कांटे को निकाल दीजिए बात खत्म हो जाएगी पर आप अपने पैर में कांटा न निकाल कर जिस कांटे ने आपको तकलीफ दिया आप उसमें मट्ठा और चीनी डाल रहे हैं, ऐसा क्यों? तब कौटिल्य ने समझाया कि मैं अपने पैर का कांटा निकाल कर फेंक दूंगा लेकिन अगर यह कांटे का पेड़ जिंदा रहेगा तो इसे फिर किसी के पैर में जाकर चुभेगा और मैं मट्ठा चीनी इसीलिए इसमें डाल रहा हूं कि इस कांटे के जड़ तक मट्ठे और चीनी के माध्यम से चीटियां जाएंगी और इस कांटे के पेड़ को जड़ से नष्ट कर देंगी इस कांटे के पेड़ का अस्तित्व हमेशा के लिए समाप्त हो जाएगा। फिर यह किसी के पैर में कभी नहीं चुभेगा।

कहानी का सार यह है कि जो चीज आपको बार-बार तकलीफ देती है उसे जड़ से उखाड़ फेंकना चाहिए। चाणक्य ने नंद वंश के अंतिम शासक घनानंद को चंद्रगुप्त मौर्य के माध्यम से इसी विधि से उखाड़ फेंका था। कहानी में चाणक्य का गुस्सा और दर्द, और फिर उनकी दूरदर्शिता और नीति का पालन देखने को मिलता है। मुझे लगता है मोदी जी को इस चाणक्य नीति को अपनाना चाहिए था,और जिस आतंकवाद से हमें बार-बार दर्द और पीड़ा मिली है, ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के माध्यम से उसका जड़ से समूल नाश करना चाहिए था। पर फिर हम इस बार चूक गए। पाकिस्तान की करनी और कथनी में जमीन आसमान का अंतर है ये हमसे छिपा नहीं है, इसकी क्या गारंटी है की फिर भारत में आतंकवादी घटनाएं नहीं होगी? फिर पाक परस्त आतंकवाद भारत में एक बार फिर अपने पैर नहीं पसारेगा? ऑपरेशन सिंदूर नाम में ही इतना पावर और तेज है कि इसके सामने कोई भी राक्षस टिकता नहीं।

भारत सती- सावित्रियों का देश रहा है, जब-जब भारतीय नारियों के सिंदूर पर विपत्ति आई है भारत की नारियां यमराज तक से लड़ गई हैं यमराज तक को विवश कर दिया है उनके सिंदूर को लौटाने के लिए, तो भला यह तुच्चे आतंकवादियों की क्या औकात थी जो सिंदूर के सामने टिक जाते, इस बार ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के कुंड में इन सारे आतंकवादियों को स्वाहा करना था,खासकर उन 5 आतंकवादियों को जिन्होंने पहलगाम के बैसरन घाटी में नई नवेली भारत की बेटियों के सिंदूर उजाड़े। पर आज भी वह सिंदूर उजाड़ने वाले पांच आतंकवादी इतना विध्वंस होने के बावजूद भी जीवित बचे हुए हैं, हम ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के टारगेट को पूर्ण रूप से सेट करने में नाकाम रहे। ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के पूरे सिनेरियो पर जब मैं नजर डालती हूं तो पाती हूं की ऑपरेशन सिंदूर ऐसे रह गया मानो जिस तरह से एक तलाकशुदा स्त्री सिंदूर का सिंधोरा तो अपने पास रखती है पर उस सिंधोरे का सिंदूर ना अपने माथे में सजा सकती है, ना उस सिंदूर के सिंधोरा को जल में प्रवाहित कर सकती है।ऑपरेशन सिंदूर बिखर गया, लक्ष्य विहीन हो गया।

-स्वर्ग में शैतान का साया!

 22 अप्रैल, 2025। सुबह के नौ बजे। कश्मीर का पहलगाम, जहाँ हिमालय की बर्फीली चोटियाँ और लिद्दर नदी की मधुर धुन पर्यटकों को बुलाती हैं। बाइसारन घास का मैदान, जिसे ‘मिनी स्विट्जरलैंड’ कहते हैं, उस दिन रौनक से भरा था। हवा में घोड़ों की टापों की आवाज़, बच्चों की हंसी, और कैमरों की क्लिक गूँज रही थी। शुभम द्विवेदी, कानपुर का 28 साल का इंजीनियर, अपनी माँ सरोज के साथ पहली बार कश्मीर आया था। “माँ, ऐसा लगता है स्वर्ग यहीं है,” उसने मुस्कुराते हुए कहा, अपने मोबाइल में बर्फ से ढके पहाड़ों की तस्वीर खींचते हुए। सरोज ने हँसकर जवाब दिया, “बेटा, ये पल हमेशा याद रहेंगे।” पास ही, दिल्ली से आए एक नवविवाहित जोड़े, रिया और अक्षय, एक-दूसरे को चिढ़ाते हुए सेल्फी ले रहे थे। गुजरात का एक स्कूल टूर ग्रुप, जिसमें 12 साल की प्रिया अपनी डायरी में पहलगाम की खूबसूरती बयान कर रही थी, मैदान में बिखरा हुआ था। 

लेकिन इस सुकून को भेदने के लिए शैतान तैयार था। सैन्य वर्दी में छिपे 6 आतंकी, चेहरों पर मजहबी नफरत की ठंडी सायी लिए, मैदान में घुस आए। उनके पास M4 कार्बाइन, AK-47, और हेलमेट-माउंटेड कैमरे थे, जैसे वे इस खौफ को दुनिया को दिखाने आए हों। “नाम बताओ!” उनकी आवाज़ गूँजी, मानो यमराज ने हुक्म सुनाया हो। 

शुभम और उसकी माँ ने एक-दूसरे को देखा। “शुभम द्विवेदी,” उसने जवाब दिया। आतंकी ने उससे कलमा पढ़ने को कहा। शुभम ने इनकार किया, उसकी आँखों में डर नहीं, गर्व था। अगले पल, गोलियों की बौछार ने हवा को चीर दिया। सरोज चीखीं, “शुभम!” लेकिन आतंकी रुके नहीं। रिया और अक्षय, जो पास ही बैठे थे, एक-दूसरे को बचाने की कोशिश में गोलियों का शिकार बन गए। प्रिया की डायरी खून से सन गई। 26 मासूम—बच्चे, महिलाएँ, बूढ़े—इस मजहबी क्रूरता में लहूलुहान होकर गिर पड़े। आतंकियों ने हर हत्या को कैमरे में कैद किया, जैसे नरसंहार उनका तमाशा हो। 

-दिल्ली में गूँजी चीख!

पहलगाम की चीख दिल्ली तक पहुँची। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी घटना के समय सऊदी अरब में थे. घटना के तुरंत बाद प्रधानमंत्री मोदी भारत पहुंचे और कैबिनेट कमेटी ऑन सिक्योरिटी की तत्काल बैठक बुलाई गई। रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह, गृह मंत्री अमित शाह, और विदेश सचिव विक्रम मिस्री कमरे में थे। राजनाथ ने मेज़ पर मुक्का मारते हुए कहा, “आतंकी चाहे कहीं छिपें, पृथ्वी के छोर तक खोजे जाएँगे।” 

जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस, CRPF, और भारतीय सेना हरकत में आई। पहलगाम में अस्थायी लॉकडाउन लगा। राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (NIA) की टीम बाइसारन पहुँची। फोरेंसिक सबूत इकट्ठे किए गए—हथियारों के खोल, आतंकियों के फटे कपड़े, और एक टूटा हुआ डिजिटल डिवाइस। खुफिया एजेंसियों ने रातों की नींद हराम कर दी। पता चला कि हमले में 6 आतंकी शामिल थे: तीन पाकिस्तानी—आसिफ फौजी, सुलेमान शाह, अबू तल्हा—और दो स्थानीय कश्मीरी—आदिल गुर्री और अहसन। मास्टरमाइंड था लश्कर-ए-तैयबा का सैफुल्लाह कसूरी, जो पाकिस्तान के मुजफ्फराबाद से साजिश रच रहा था। 

सबूतों ने सच्चाई उजागर की। आतंकियों के डिजिटल फुटप्रिंट कराची और मुजफ्फराबाद तक गए। पूँछ में पहले मिली एक तस्वीर में चार सशस्त्र लोग दिखे, जिनमें तीन की पहचान हमलावरों से मिली। पाक-अधिकृत कश्मीर (PoK) में 42 आतंकी ठिकाने सक्रिय थे, जहाँ 110-130 आतंकी घुसपैठ की फिराक में थे। यह सिर्फ हमला नहीं, भारत को तोड़ने की नाकाम साजिश थी। 

-भारत का जवाब: पाँच तलवारें!

भारत ने चुप्पी तोड़ी। 23 अप्रैल को सरकार ने पाँच ऐतिहासिक कदम उठाए, जिन्होंने पाकिस्तान को हिलाकर रख दिया: 

सिन्धु जल समझौता रद्द: पाकिस्तान की खेती और पानी का आधार सिन्धु नदी अब भारत के नियंत्रण में। 

अटारी-वाघा बॉर्डर बंद: व्यापार का रास्ता सील, लाखों व्यापारियों की आजीविका पर चोट। 

SAARC वीजा खत्म: पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों को 48 घंटे में भारत छोड़ने का आदेश। 

कूटनीतिक रिश्ते तोड़े: दोनों देशों के उच्चायोगों में कर्मचारी 55 से घटकर 30। 

सैन्य संवाद खत्म: पाकिस्तानी सलाहकार निष्कासित, सैन्य रिश्ते ठप।

ये कदम तलवार की तरह थे, जो सीधे पाकिस्तान के दिल में चुभे। सिन्धु का पानी रुकने की खबर ने वहाँ हड़कंप मचा दिया। पाकिस्तान की 24% अर्थव्यवस्था खेती पर टिकी है, और सिन्धु उसकी रीढ़ है। अटारी बॉर्डर बंद होने से छोटे व्यापारी सड़कों पर उतर आए। लेकिन भारत का संदेश साफ था: “मजहबी आतंकवाद का समर्थन करोगे, तो अंजाम भुगतोगे।” 

-पाकिस्तान की घबराहट!

इस्लामाबाद में खलबली मच गई। रक्षा मंत्री ख्वाजा आसिफ ने टीवी पर चीखकर कहा, “यह भारत की साजिश है। पहलगाम हमला उनका घरेलू मसला है।” लेकिन सबूतों ने उनकी बोलती बंद कर दी।  आतंकियों के स्केच, और PoK के ठिकानों की खबर ने पूरी दुनिया को हिलाकर रख दिया। पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री शहबाज़ शरीफ ने 24 अप्रैल को राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा समिति की बैठक बुलाई। सेना के तीनों प्रमुख और कैबिनेट मौजूद थे। आसिफ ने कहा, “हम जवाब देंगे।” लेकिन जवाब क्या? वैश्विक समुदाय भारत के साथ खड़ा था। 

अमेरिका ने कहा, “हम भारत के साथ हैं।” रूस, यूरोपीय संघ, और बांग्लादेश ने भी हमले की निंदा की। पाकिस्तान अकेला पड़ गया। उसकी जनता में गुस्सा भड़क रहा था—पानी की कमी और व्यापार बंद होने की खबर ने सड़कों पर हंगामा शुरू कर दिया। बलूचिस्तान में विद्रोह और तेज़ हुआ। TTP जैसे आतंकी समूहों ने भी पाकिस्तान को निशाना बनाना शुरू कर दिया। पाकिस्तान डर रहा था—न सिर्फ भारत की ताकत से, बल्कि अपनी ही अस्थिरता से। 

-मोदी की गर्जना!

24 अप्रैल, बिहार। एक विशाल रैली में लाखों लोग जमा थे। मंच पर खड़े नरेंद्र मोदी ने पहले पहलगाम के शहीदों को श्रद्धांजलि दी। “एक मिनट मौन रखा,” उन्होंने कहा। लाखों सिर झुक गए। फिर उनकी आवाज़ गूँजी: “जो भारत की आत्मा पर हमला करेंगे, उन्हें उनकी कल्पना से भी बड़ी सजा मिलेगी।” भीड़ तालियों से गूँज उठी। उन्होंने अंग्रेजी में दुनिया को संबोधित किया: “India will hunt down terrorists to the ends of the earth.” यह सिर्फ बयान नहीं, भारत की नई ताकत का ऐलान था। 

मोदी ने कहा, “पहलगाम का खून बेकार नहीं जाएगा। हर शहीद का बदला लिया जाएगा।” भीड़ ने नारे लगाए: “भारत माता की जय!” यह पल हर हिंदुस्तानी के लिए गर्व का था। शुभम की माँ, जो अब कानपुर में अकेली बैठी थीं, टीवी पर यह देखकर रो पड़ीं। “मेरा बेटा मरा, लेकिन देश जाग गया,” उन्होंने फुसफुसाया। 

-जंग अभी बाकी है!

पहलगाम में सन्नाटा है, लेकिन पीर पंजाल के जंगलों में जंग छिड़ी है। भारतीय सेना, CRPF, और पुलिस ड्रोन, हेलीकॉप्टर, और खोजी कुत्तों के साथ आतंकियों की तलाश में है। आतंकी शायद उन घने जंगलों में छिपे हैं, या PoK की ओर भागने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। लेकिन भारत ने ठान लिया है—वे कहीं नहीं बचेंगे। 

हर हिंदुस्तानी का दिल दुखता है। शुभम की माँ की आँखों में आंसू हैं। रिया और अक्षय की शादी की तस्वीरें अब सिर्फ यादें हैं। प्रिया की डायरी, जो खून से सनी पड़ी है, चीख-चीखकर कहती है: “हमें इंसाफ चाहिए।” लेकिन यह दर्द कमजोरी नहीं, ताकत बन रहा है। भारत का हर नागरिक अब सैनिक है। 

-एक संकल्प!

पहलगाम का खून भारत की धरती पर एक जख्म है, लेकिन यह जख्म हमें एकजुट कर रहा है। हमारा संकल्प है—मजहबी नफरत की आग बुझनी चाहिए। आतंक का अंत होना चाहिए। शहीदों का बलिदान बेकार नहीं जाएगा। आइए, शुभम, रिया, अक्षय, प्रिया, और उन 26 मासूमों को श्रद्धांजलि दें। उनकी याद में एक वादा करें—हम भारत को आतंक-मुक्त बनाएँगे।

24 दिसंबर 1999, दिन शुक्रवार, घड़ी में शाम साढ़े 4 बजने वाले थे। काठमांडू के त्रिभुवन इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट से इंडियन एयरलाइंस की फ्लाइट (संख्या आईसी 814) नई दिल्ली के लिए रवाना हुई। शाम करीब 5 बजे जैसे ही विमान भारतीय वायु क्षेत्र में दाखिल हुआ, विमान में मौजूद अपहरणकर्ता हरकत में आए और फ्लाइट को पाकिस्तान ले जाने का निर्देश दिया। विमान में कुल 180 लोग सवार थे। शाम 6 बजे विमान अमृतसर में थोड़ी देर के लिए रुकता है और वहां से लाहौर के लिए रवाना हो जाता है। विमान अपहरण के कुछ घंटों के भीतर आतंकियों ने एक यात्री रूपन कात्याल (25 साल) की चाकू गोद कर हत्या कर दी। यह अपहृत विमान रात 8 बजे लाहौर में लैंड करता है। रात करीब पौने दो बजे के ये विमान दुबई पहुंचा। वहां से अगले दिन सुबह तकरीबन साढ़े 8 बजे विमान अफगानिस्तान के कंधार में उतारा गया।

बंधक संकट के दौरान भारत सकरार की मुश्किलें बढ़ रही थी। बंधकों के परिजनों और मीडिया के दबाव के बीच वाजपेयी सरकार को समझौते के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ा।सरकार भारतीय जेलों में बंद चरमपंथियों जैश-ए -मोहम्मद के प्रमुख मौलाना मसूद अजहर, अहमद जरगर और शेख अहमद उमर सईद को रिहा करने के लिए तैयार हो गई।विमान अपहरण के आठ दिनों बाद 31 दिसंबर को कंधार एयरपोर्ट पर अगवा रखे गए सभी 155 बंधकों को रिहा कर दिया गया।
